Origins and lineage
Tea Time is a balanced herbal hybrid that smells, as the name says, like a pot of flower tea — chamomile, jasmine, dried herbs — rather than fruit or fuel. Its terpenes are linalool, the lavender compound, and humulene, the hops compound: exactly the pairing you would expect from that nose. Staff call it 'the tea-pourer of silence'.
Aroma, taste and when it fits
Floral tops the chart at 5 with earth at 4; sweetness, citrus and pine are all low, and fuel is zero — the only strain in our top ten with no gas at all.
Effects are the gentlest here: every axis sits at 2 or 3, with focus intact. It is the strain for people who want to feel calmer without feeling altered — reading, a quiet evening, a first-time visitor who is nervous.
Why it is a Hightown favourite
Tea Time earns its place among the ten most purchased strains by being the safe recommendation: staff hand it to newcomers, to people who found other strains too intense, and to anyone who dislikes sweet or diesel flavours. Like every strain we grow, each harvest is scored on our own fifteen-axis profile before it reaches a counter, so the chart on this page describes the flower actually on the shelf, not a catalogue entry. The low numbers here are the point.
