Origins and lineage
Purple Monster is a Pine Tar Kush × Purple Rhino cross and the heaviest indica in our top ten at 90/10. Pine Tar Kush is an old Pakistani-line kush with a resinous, tarry nose; Purple Rhino brings the berry sweetness. The result is dense flower with a syrupy smell.
Aroma, taste and when it fits
Dessert sweetness and berry both max out at 5, over earth, citrus, fuel and spice at 3 each — a berry jam with a savoury base.
